Case Study: Personalized trade show experience through Custom ChatGPT for ISPO
Background
The annual ISPO (the world's largest sports trade show) in Munich attracts thousands of visitors interested in everything from outdoor gear to high-tech fitness gadgets. The challenge was to provide visitors with a personalized and seamless experience that would help them make the most of their time at the show. Most visitors at large trade shows are overwhelmed because there are simply endless paths through the halls.
Solution
We developed a custom ChatGPT (ISPO Buddy) with an engaging user interface that gave visitors a personalized journey through the show. The chatbot was able to provide customized recommendations for booths, talks and activities based on the user's interests and schedule.
